Madrid bombers sentenced to 40,000 years
Boy, are those Spanish tough! Who needs a death sentence when you can put criminals away until the year 42007?
Oh, wait..."The men received symbolic sentences of more than 39,000 years each but under Spanish law they will only serve a maximum of 40 years in jail."
So...these guys' victims, hundreds of them, are dead, while they get to count the days until their release. I think we can all confidently predict that some mitigating circumstance will get them out in...say...2027.
plus the 'mastermind' they have on tape taking responsibility for it was acquitted.

I took the liberty of editing that crazy post. I took all the "o"'s out, too, so it's not searchable.
However, the site is pretty funny, in a sort of insane way.
